Our team is made up of dedicated professionals who are passionate about our mission. We provide neutral, objective family observation services in community settings — documenting parent-child interactions during scheduled visits in a professional, unbiased manner, focusing solely on factual behaviors, interactions, and appropriate interventions.
Our Purpose
Shay's Haven to Home exists to support children, parents, and caregivers throughout the foster care and reunification process. We provide family-centered services that address barriers to reunification while promoting child safety, family stability, and long-term success.

Transparent Pricing
Rates & Fees
Intake Rate
$75
One-time intake fee per case to cover initial assessment, documentation review, and case setup.
Per Hour Rate
$45/ hr
Billed per hour for each scheduled observation visit, including travel time and written report preparation.

Owner Background
Shay's Haven to Home LLC
For several years, I have had the privilege of serving my community and those who face cognitive, intellectual, behavioral or mental health disabilities, including adults, and families through Wisconsin's Family Care, Family Care Partnership, and Care Management programs. My career has been built on helping families navigate complex systems, access critical resources, and advocate for services that promote independence, stability, and overall well-being.
My purpose for families is rooted in one belief: it is about restoring hope, rebuilding trust, and creating safe, healthy environments where children and families can thrive together. Every family deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, and the opportunity to succeed.
My commitment is to walk alongside families with empathy, professionalism, and unwavering support — helping them build stronger foundations, achieve reunification goals, and create brighter futures for themselves and their children.
